My name is Aditi Saldanha, a 22 year old with restless feet and a desire to explore, experience, and adventure.
I’m a third culture kid. I’ve lived in 4 countries [Malaysia, Qatar, U.S., Ireland] and hold a passport from a country I’ve never lived in – choosing one place I call home is just not an option anymore. You could say I’ve always been lost abroad, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Once you’ve caught that travel bug or you’ve lived abroad, finding that one place you could call home is hard. But that’s what fuels my love of adventure and exploring – there are so many places and so many things I have yet to see and do.
I’m currently finishing an architecture degree at Iowa State University. Going from metropolitan Asian cities to the corn fields of Iowa was a bit of a culture shock – but we adapt. Always having my next adventure marked on my calendar is what keeps me going.
I love to blog about travel tips, living + studying abroad, lifestyle tips, and being an international student.
Follow me on my adventures ~ I’ve just returned from my summer interning at Rockwell Group in NYC and I’m back in Iowa finishing my final year of architecture school.
